OUR STORY
BeeSwedge is a consulting firm with a generalist focus, founded in May 2019 by three passionate partners eager to leverage their experience for an innovative and committed project. This female leadership team embodies the values of diversity, inclusion, social responsibility, and excellence that are at the heart of BeeSwedge's identity.
Since its inception, the firm has experienced rapid and continuous growth, driven by a clear strategic vision and supported by a diverse client portfolio.
BeeSwedge positions itself as a promising and unique player in the consulting market, ready to tackle the challenges of a transforming world where growth must go hand in hand with ethics.
OUR AMBITIONS
Our ambitions, consistent and clear, can be summarized into two main themes:
Responsible Growth: We aim to grow our Paris headquarters as well as our rapidly expanding Canadian subsidiary by diversifying our activities and bringing in new talents and energies. This growth will not be indiscriminate; rather, it will involve taking our responsibilities towards significant societal and environmental challenges daily, humbly yet resolutely. We believe that the company of tomorrow can only thrive by serving the collective interest. It will respect and positively evolve its ecosystem, including its employees, clients, and partners.
Collective Intelligence: We promote a working environment that favors mutual support, solidarity, and the pooling of skills to offer an agile, customized, cross-functional, and specialized service. Jennyfer BUSSON
Partner & co-founder
Montréal
As a founding partner, Jennyfer brings 19 years of experience, including 13 years in the consulting sector. With a dual expertise in strategic analysis and project management, she specializes in leading and managing complex projects, organizational transformation, and change management.
Her unique skill set, combining Business and IT, allows her to smoothly coordinate business and technical teams, ensuring flawless project management.
Today, she primarily works on project recovery mandates as well as operational strategy projects for both IT and business departments.
Her approach emphasizes overall performance while keeping the human aspect at the heart of every initiative through change management methods.
Based in Montreal,
Jennyfer demonstrates every day that between entrepreneurial and family adventures (with three children), it’s all about organization... keeping a smile... and finding comfort in a good cup of tea (or two)!
Christelle CASTELAIN
Partner and co-founder
Paris
Christelle holds a degree from the Institute of Political Studies in Aix-en-Provence and from NEOMA. As a founding partner of BeeSwedge, she has over 15 years of experience, including 11 years in the consulting sector.
Throughout her career, she has developed dual expertise in project management for the deployment of information systems, having led the implementation of several ERPs, and in auditing and restructuring processes and organizations. She has had the opportunity to support two ministries and numerous operators in actions focused on financial risk management and restructuring.
Today, she works with various support departments (IT, Finance) on the management of strategic programs, closely collaborating with the executive committee.
An amateur astronomer, she dedicates most of her free time to stargazing or channeling the stress of everyday life in the boxing ring!
Leila MAHDI
Partner & co-founder
Paris
Graduating from the Institut Mines-Télécom in 2012, Leïla now has 12 years of experience in consulting, specializing in supporting digital transformations. With a solid expertise in technical-functional analysis and project management, Leïla understands the crucial challenges of governance, performance, and information systems security, while integrating the strategic dimensions of digital transformation.
For several years, she has worked with various companies to manage complex projects related to digitization. Today, she is actively training in data and artificial intelligence issues to better assist her clients in implementing advanced analytical solutions and AI-based strategies.
Inquisitive and versatile, Leïla is passionate about topics related to the human body and psyche.
Fascinated by dystopian narratives, she enjoys reflecting on the evolution of our society.
To recharge, she finds her balance between swimming laps in a pool and Pilates sessions, which help her relax after busy days!
THE COMPANY HAS TWO LOCATIONS: A HEADQUARTERS IN PARIS AND A SUBSIDIARY IN MONTREAL
From its inception and due to the nationality of one of its founders, BeeSwedge has set its sights on Canada. Our headquarters and primary area of operation is in Paris/Île-de-France, and we opened a subsidiary in Montreal in January 2022.
This dual presence allows us to engage in a wide variety of activities and services in diverse environments, closely aligned with the challenges faced by our clients. It also provides our employees with opportunities for short-term or long-term international mobility.
In a context where work is becoming increasingly flexible and decentralized, we aim to continue this dynamic of diversifying our locations, both in France and abroad, while preserving our common identity and strengthening our close relationship with our clients.
