"Since 2022, BeeSwedge has fully committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), implementing a wide range of concrete actions. These tangible and innovative initiatives demonstrate our desire to contribute positively to our community and the environment. Whether through pro bono missions, the creation of climate murals, or food collection and distribution efforts, we aim to play our part in our own way. Together, we are charting a path towards a sustainable and ethical future."

A COMMITTED CONSULTING FIRM

Our consulting firm has chosen to invest in an ambitious CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy for several reasons.

First and foremost, we firmly believe that businesses have a fundamental role to play in building a sustainable future. Engaging in CSR is also a matter of ethics and long-term vision, in line with our founding values and with the constant aim of ensuring that these values are reflected in all our actions and at every stage of our growth.

As an economic player with an international presence, we have a moral responsibility to minimize our ecological footprint, promote social well-being, and preserve resources for future generations.

That is why, at the end of 2022, BeeSwedge launched its dedicated working group for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Each year, we organize an internal dialogue on CSR to collectively define our objectives and roadmap, enriched by the contributions of all our teams.

This participative approach allows us to establish the main directions of our CSR policy, thus reflecting the commitments that BeeSwedge and its employees wish to undertake to positively influence their environment.

BEESWEDGE IS COMMITTED TO CARRYING OUT "PRO BONO" MISSIONS FOR ACTORS IN THE NONPROFIT SECTOR

Offering pro bono consulting services to public benefit associations is a pragmatic way to contribute to causes that matter to us—primarily access to education.

In 2023, a team of consultants from BeeSwedge supported the "Petits Débrouillards" association for three months, conducting an assessment of their communication and decision-making processes.

The Petits Débrouillards

The network of Petits Débrouillards is part of the ongoing movement to revitalize popular education. Present in 12 regions with 60 local branches, the Petits Débrouillards are supported by 3,000 facilitators and volunteers, over a hundred volunteers, and 200 permanent staff.

By offering an education based on scientific, experimental, and reasoned approaches, the network aims to develop critical thinking and encourage both individual and collective initiatives. Its goal is to enable everyone, young and old alike, to thrive as active and democratic citizens.

The Mission

The communication, decision-making, and information-sharing processes among the various bodies of the Petits Débrouillards were complicated by the network structure, the diversity of the regional entities of the association, and the different statuses of its members (employees, temporary staff, volunteers, members, etc.).

The existing tools did not allow for the smooth circulation of information. The association sought assistance in conducting an assessment. The aim was to improve the efficiency, transparency, and coherence of information exchanges to enhance decision-making, collaboration, and cohesion within the Petits Débrouillards.
